« We love Embassy Suites, especially the one in Hillsboro, Oregon. The staff are always so nice and friendly and take great care of anything we need. Plus the grandkids and we love the breakfast options! »

« it was okay, paid a little bit more than our typical competition hotel brand (BW), thinking this might be a little nicer, and it was not, at all. Additionally as we arrived we were informed they implemented a new parking fee, so we were required to pay extra to park in an outside lot behind the building, just another money grab by this property. »

The staff was great with information and answering questions. We were sorry Tuesdays seem to have several venues, closed , including the soaking pool, movie theater. « The rooms are close to noisy roads and insulation is weak which prevents you from sleeping at night (walls even vibrate when trucks are passing by). In term of noise, you can clearly hear your neighbors. In addition, I have been intoxicated by the smell of painting in my room. I spent the following day at the office with the smell of painting in my mouth. If you don't have the choice and plan to stay at this hotel in the coming weeks please note that they are maintaining the rooms by repainting...

« The property is new and clean. The location is quiet. The room is small but is ok for two persons. However, one of the managers may need better understanding of the hotel policy. When I checked in, the manager told me that there were only two options for wifi use: 1) pay $9.95; or 2) give them my email to join Hilton Honor Program for free wifi. It was quite a surprise as the Expedia website clearly indicated "free wifi" to this hotel. I double checked with the manager. She insisted the two...
