The cottage has enough space to live in, a nice little private garden, a calm and beautiful surrounding. And...what is more important than all this, the owners Colin and Lesley are very nice and helpful people. We liked the little chats and friendly suggestions. We really recommend this cottage in the calm region of the Lake District.“

If we were to be critical we would say that the stairs are tricky if even for the most able bodied particularly at night time. The bed is a small double and extremely soft therefore if sharing with another person you both end up in the middle.
