The space

Warm minimalist interiors, custom built-ins, and skylights define the open concept bungalow, offering an inviting entrance with ample storage and bench seat, bright living room, fully equipped kitchen (incl. induction stove, oven, and dishwasher), elevated king-sized bed, functional desk, cozy window seat, large walk through closet, and luxurious bathroom with dual sinks and a spacious shower.



Step through the large sliding glass doors and unwind at the pool before heading up to the rooftop jacuzzi to enjoy quiet Baja nights under the stars.



Enjoy the comforts of home with fast Starlink WiFi, a smart TV, and powerful air conditioning.



Guest access

You will receive a door code giving you access to the property prior to your arrival.



Serendib has free parking on site for up to two vehicles.



As a guest of Serendib you will have exclusive access to the entire property including the swimming pool, rooftop terrace with jacuzzi, and beach gear (chairs, umbrella, and boogie board).



Other things to note

Casa Serendib is located in Cerritos Beach, about 10 minutes from El Pescadero, about 15 minutes from Todos Santos, 45–50 minutes from Cabo San Lucas, and around 1 hour 15 minutes from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).



A car is recommended for getting around comfortably and exploring nearby beaches, restaurants, and towns.



The property is just one turn off the main highway, making it easy to find while still offering a peaceful place to unwind.
