« We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The quiet, secluded, insanely beautiful view was just what my sister and I were looking for. The hot tub and outdoor seating area with fire pit was perfect in the evenings. The unit is down some fairly steep stairs, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. « Quaint cottage right on Lake Josephine. Very welcoming and had all the amenities you need! The best location on the island. 1 mile walk to the store and coffee shop. Restaurant and bar right next door and the golf course is just across the road. Islanders were very friendly and helpful. We rented kayaks from a local that lived just down the street. Only place on the island that we found to get lake equipment. Bring your fishing poles and your swim trunks. There is few great spots for swimming...

« The Steilacoom Ferry was simple to navigate online tickets as well as boarding. During the short ride across the water to Anderson island we saw dolphins and tons of jellyfish. The VRBO was incredibly easy to find from the ferry docking- maybe a 5 minute drive & just two turns. The back deck of the VRBO faces the water.
