« We booked this last minute and didn’t know what to expect. It was our first time to the area. We were pleasantly surprised. The room/condo was right in the beach with beautiful views of the ocean from our deck. Only a few steps away from the beach. The tennis/pickleball court was in excellent condition, with good equipment! We did have to buy our own pickleballs (not a big deal)and enjoyed it every day. « We had a great time at this house and it's mostly remodeled. Kitchen is new. Main floor bath needs some updating but overall very nice property. Its located 2 blocks from the beach. There are no beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc), so be prepared to buy or rent if you need those for your stay.For management: the guests before us didnt take their trash out so we had to deal with the smell until our pick up date.
