Very inconsiderate considering the time it takes to get refunded by vrbo - I am still waiting for my refund after long conversations with them. He essentially passes on the fee to me in doing this given the cost of my time to obtain this refund. Do not recommend. »

« Very nice apartment in a not-great part of town. Beautifully renovated and decorated. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. There are two steep flights of stairs to the apartment entrance, with a curvy part, and it may be difficult for older or physically impaired people. I was in town for a football weekend and this location was about 15 minutes drive to the Ravens stadium. Great for our purposes. Felt safe inside, and only minor city noises at night. »

« I stayed here for one night and found the apartment to be very spacious for one person. It’s located on the third floor with no elevator, which is fine if you’re not carrying heavy luggage. Check-in instructions were clear and communication with the host was easy.The main issue was the temperature. The bedroom was extremely cold, and there was no duvet—only a very thin blanket. « We had a great time staying here. It was easy to access.Some minor cleaning issues could be addressed. The slip covers on the sofa should be cleaned. We didn't have pods for the dishwasher and there was only one dishtowel so we donated one. Benjamin was responsive to our needs and had there been some instructions regarding use of the fob for entry, we wouldn't have bothered him.Overall, it was a great location for spending time with our nearby family and we would stay here again. »
