Landhotels in Elm Creek Park Reserve suchen

„Excellent“

„The staff that checked us in was very rude, and unprofessional. He appeared to be sleeping and could have been upset that we woke him up, we had a late check in. He shoved the keys to us and walked away, literally giving us super short answers to questions we asked. The towels at the hotels are white, however you could see the stain and dirt in them. Graciously we took our own towels. They need their towels replaces. The room was average cleaned, could use some deep cleaning. I wouldn't ...

„We really liked the location - restaurants and shopping close by but still quiet surroundings. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom could have been cleaner and was a bit dated. Breakfast was good and offered a typical selection (coffee, eggs, toast, jam...). Hotel is overall okay, especially for a shorter stay.“

„This is definitely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in a while! Besides having a great location with easy access, the building is very new and has a nice spacious feel, and the rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The hot tub and pool area is also spacious and well maintained. Two staff that I would like to commend are Alex and Jimlyn. Alex was very professional and courteous, and Jimlyn was very friendly and helpful!“

„terrible experience to put it easily.“

„The front desk gentleman who checked us in was great. We had a nice chat about this and that and he was so personable. The room was spacious and spotless. Great bathroom shower setup. Plenty of parking, and a really good sports bar restaurant (Lucky 13) right next door.“
