„I ended up not staying, the parking lot was not secure, horrible neighborhood with people pushing shopping carts around, there was no way I was getting out of the car or leaving my car in that lot. I ended up being able to get a hotel that would take my pet. I think this property needs some better instructions, like ,"don't stay here if you are a single female". “

„I was charged twice for.damage protection. I paid when booking and then forced to pay another when checking in. I contacted the property management a lot of times, but they kept talking about something else. I have now wasted a lot of time and have VRBO support trying to help because this is against policy. I also couldn't get into the property with tbe code I was given and spent 30 minutes in the hallway with support trying numerous different codes. The property wasn't very clean.“

„The apartment has a fabulous view. We visited during a very snowy weekend, we appreciated the indoor garage parking.Here are things that could be improved for future guests. The code for lockbox provided in the PDF was not accurate. I had to reach out to Traveler's comfort for assistance after several minutes of struggle with the wrong code. Same for wifi-incorrect code.
