Sound view with Private Pool - A Tad Salty

Welcome to `A Tad Salty.` This 2-level, sound view home with a private pool is located in the heart of Emerald Isle and can sleep up to 12 people. Designed for enjoyment, this unit has 5 bedrooms, three full bathrooms. The main living level has a lovely sound view deck, great to hang out on with friends and family. Deck has safety gates to keep little ones safe. Please monitor children at all times, especially around the pool and all bodies of water.

- Please note that access to the second story (main living area) is via a staircase.

- This is a NO PET, NO SMOKING unit.
House Rules are as follows:

**We ask that all Guests are registered and that the Vacation Rental Agreement has been acknowledged prior to receiving access code to rental. **

1. **Check-In & Check-Out:**

- Check-in is at **4pm** and check-out is at **10am**.

- Early check-in or late check-out requests must be pre-approved.

2. **No Smoking:**

- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

3. **No Pets:**

- Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved. Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fees.

4. **Occupancy:**

- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval.

5. **Quiet Hours:**

- Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from **11pm to 7am**.

6. **Parties & Events:**

- No loud events. Respect the neighbors & quiet hours.

7. **Cleanliness:**

- Please keep the property clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in the provided bins and clean up spills immediately.

8. **Furniture & Decor:**

- If something needs to be moved, please return it to its original position before checking out.

9. **Kitchen Use:**

- Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, and wipe down counters after use.

10. **Energy Conservation:**

- Turn off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use. Keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning or heating is on.

11. **Appliances & Equipment:**

- Use appliances and equipment as intended. Report any malfunctions immediately.

12. **Parking:**

- Use the designated parking spots. Do not park on the grass or block neighbors’ driveways.

13. **Security:**

- Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Ensure the key is kept secure and returned as instructed.

14. **Waste Disposal:**

- Dispose of trash in the appropriate bins. Follow local waste disposal guidelines.

15. **Damage:**

- Any damage to the property or contents must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

16. **Compliance:**

- Comply with all local laws, rules, and regulations during your stay.

17. **Emergencies:**

- In case of an emergency, contact 911. Notify host immediately.

18. **Respect:**

- Treat the home with respect as if it were your own. Enjoy your stay and make yourself at home!
