« From the communication with the owner, the property, its cleanliness, the amenities available (they really do have you covered for almost everything you need), a little but fully equiped annex to the properties location, add in nearby Hemsby beach and you have the best of everything you'll need for a perfect english holiday. The view however from the dining table out over the sea is absolutely the most amazing part of staying here and we will.miss waking up to that breathtaking view each...

« A pretty and immaculate cottage with everything you need (and didn’t know you need!). Superb comms with host who graciously dealt with the fact I’d booked the wrong day! Lovely location for exploring the North Coast with excellent recommendations from the host for eating and sightseeing. Although wet and windy this did not spoil our experience although would have liked to use the large garden more. Neighbour on hand if necessary for emergencies. « Enjoyed our stay, cottage is welcoming and attention to detail appreciated. Very clean and everything you need is thought of. Garden is nice and well kept. Only down side is having no parking, but owner has arranged parking at nearby water park, but this was a little problematic for us. There is quite a bit of road noise as it’s on a relatively busy road, but maybe we notice it more as we live in a very rural location with no traffic and are not used to it. But would def stay again, thank you....
