« The staff was amazing!! Upon check in, Kayla was super friendly. It was our first stay at this chain and she explained the snacks, dinner/drinks and the breakfast perfectly. « The property is well maintained and very clean. The BonVoy app made it easy to check in online and get a phone key before we arrived, and the process worked smoothly. There is sufficient free parking in front of the facility. We did speak with the staff at the font desk, and she was very helpful. The location was perfect for somewhere to stay overnight for an early morning event in Louisville. The only downside is the noise from the interstate and airport because of the proximity to Louisville....

« super hôtel très bien équipé et très moderne. Matériaux et équipements de grande qualité. Lit hyper douillet. Chambre lit double avec aménagement en studio - coin cuisine. seul regret pour un Français, pas de vrai pain ni de vrai pain de mie au petit déj, juste un pain sucré en forme de Donut. »
