Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit
The Good:Beds were comfortable, access was simple, price was reasonable. The not so good: only two king size beds, not the three that were listed. The third sleeping area was a broken futon with no bedding. The washer and dryer that were listed were nonexistent. The total amount of towels was three bath, one hand and one kitchen for four adults for three nights. The bath mats were absolutely filthy as were walls around light switches, and door knobs. I am not a clean freak, but the bathmat grossed me out!, The toilet paper holder was broken as was the shelf under the bathroom cabinet as was a cabinet door in the kitchen messaged the host as soon as we got there about the towel/bedding situation, but we were there three nights with no resolution. Oh, and also there was no control over the heat and it was about 100 in there so we had windows open.Overall, my worst experience in a VRBO, I’ve stayed in many although it’s only the third one that I have rented myself… Definitely not trusting unverified reviews again!
