Lovely apartment, clean and warm. Great location for accessing beach and close to the town. Quiet and enjoyed playing the games when we were in the apartment.Lots of lovely touches and Prosecco to welcome in the new year.Good communication from the host Great stay fully recommend. Family member did the run on new year day and the power boat racing was fabulous to see.

From the minute we (4 friends for two nights) walked in, No 3 exceeded our expectations. Right on the side of the marina, the apartment was clean and very well furnished. Welcome mince pies & bottle of Prosecco were a thoughtful touch. Our hosts, Ruth & Phil, were brilliant from the moment I booked. Lovely property, extremely well situated on the Marina Spacious and well equipped. Excellent large patio with outside seating,Canopy and table with umbrella. Another amazing week in Exmouth with 4 adults and 2 children. This luxury accommodation is in a fantastic position, just 2 minutes from the beach. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. Lovely view of the marina and very quiet. The hosts communicated well and are very helpful. This is our second stay here, and we have already booked for next year. We absolutely love it here.

Fantastic location and apartment!

We enjoyed a fantastic stay. The apartment was perfect - spotlessly clean, very well equipped and location couldn’t be better. Close to the beach and also a short walk to the duck pond - perfect for paddleboarding.

A truly outstanding holiday property – we felt it had the best location on Exmouth Marina. Everything was within walking distance: the beach, boats, scenic walks, the South West Coast Path, shops, a park, buses, the train station, and even M&S Food. Another lovely stay

This was our third stay at Sailmakers apartment in Exmouth and will be booking for next year ! The location is excellent , the apartment beautiful with everything you need . You can tell the owners really care that you have an enjoyable stay. They respond to any queries very quickly and are so lovely in any communication.. Second time we have stayed here. Its right overlooking marina and handy for walking to beach. Apartment has absolutely everything you could ever need and owners reply straight away if you message them for any reason. Most definitely home from home. We love it!

Superb holiday

We had a great week in Exmouth. We come here every year, and this is the best accommodation we have stayed in. The property is in a fantastic location and equipped with everything you need. It is very modern and clean, with plenty of space for the 6 of us. The host was very accommodating and we were able to check in early on our first day of arrival. I would definitely recommend this property, and we will be back again in the future. Absolutely brilliant.

Fabulous marina side vacation apartment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The property and location is excellent. Large 3 bed two bath luxury home with huge patio looking onto the marina. The pictures do not do the home justice, much larger in person. Modern and very comfortable ground floor location. Hosts super friendly and responsive. We had a super time. Thanks Ruth!

Gorgeous apartment on the harbour

We absolutely loved this apartment. The owner clearly took great care with little touches such as the White Company products in all rooms, lovely linen and towels, blue tooth speak. The kitchen was really well equipped too. When we had a problem the owner was really helpful and sorted out immediately. There is plenty of seating both inside and out and we had such a good time exploring the area. We wanted to stay longer! The only minor comments I would suggest is maybe slightly bigger towels and a couple more saucepans but no big deal at all. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for a lovely week. A perfect family break.

The property has an ideally located, overlooking the marina with its own private decked garden. We loved how we could walk to the excellent seafront restaurants and pubs as well as a great selection of shops and cafes in the town centre. Also some lovely walking nearby being right on the South West Coastal Path. Great transport links too, with the Avocet Line to Exeter and beyond just a few minutes walk. The apartment is immaculately clean and very well equipped with lots of homely touches. Ruth was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly and informatively to the couple of queries we had. We were a family group, grandparents, parents and baby and the property worked really well for us. A week was all too short to stay, would love to stay longer in the future.
