„The cabin is amazing - cozy and rustic. We hiked the trail down to the river. Beautiful!John was very welcoming and hospitable! We can’t wait to come back!“

„The cottage was beyond our expectations and we have stayed all over the world. We have even booked again for next year, which we have never done with a property but this place was perfect, relaxing, well equipped and our dog loved it too.We would highly recommend it!“

„Absolutely loved this cabin! Wish we stayed longer. So peaceful on the back deck hearing the running water of the Rockfish River. All accommodations as described. Owner is easy to contact and provides great information.“

„This is a perfect cabin for a couple’s getaway. Our favorite part was sitting on the back deck in the evenings with the Mountain View and enjoying the stillness and song of nature. The cabin is very comfortable and has everything you need!“

„H'owl at the moon is just what the soul needs! Beautiful nature, peaceful, and quiet. Thank you Bill for opening your home and well maintained property. We had a blast walking the trails and playing in the creek and pond. My husband thinks he is a ring toss champ now! lol We hope we can make this a yearly stop in our travels!“

„Our stay in this delightful cabin was amazing. Lorraine could not have been a better host, and everything we needed was there. Cozy was a great word, as my son and I felt it was a home away from home. We had planned on immediatley hiking, but decided to relax at the cabin for a bit first. loved the chickens and ducks, and they did not make any noise. Will definitely be staying again.“

„No mountain view. Can't add add-ons after hours. Never spoke with a person, all ai.“

„We had a wonderful time during our stay in Virginia. We enjoyed the secluded, tranquil vibe of the property. The property and the surrounding countryside are absolutely beautiful. It was very convenient to visit the Shenandoah National Park access points, as well as Monticello. We highly recommend this home for your vacation stay.“

„Once we found it, it was beautiful! The GPS took us to a road that was not open and confused us. The exact address should be sent by the confirmation letter but was not. However, once we found it, we were impressed. Deer in the yard, birds in the trees and just all round perfect. Will be back.“

„Cabin was perfect for our weekend family trip. The property was peaceful and picturesque and the cabin was cozy and inviting. Our kids loved the loft bunkbed room and going down to the field to watch the horses.“

„We loved staying here, super clean and the bed was very comfy!“

„Nice“

„We enjoyed the remote location. Very quiet and peaceful.“

„Cute property that was super clean and comfortable! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again!“

„Great cabin in a phenomenal area of the country. Property was exactly as noted. Communication with host was extremely responsive. Would stay here again for sure.“

„The host was great and very responsive. We have stayed here now twice. Since our last stay, the kitchen and upstairs bath have been nicely renovated (new counter tops and tile etc.) The home is nicely appointed with typically needed items. The floor was very dirty and the kitchen amenities need a review and refresh! The increase in price due to the new counters and tile isn't overcome by no other updates and not so clean property! Those are our only pieces of feedback and easily fixed.  ...

„The house met all our needs, and was very comfortable.“

„Almost Heaven is perfect for a family of 5 or 6. Roomy. Comfortable. Conveniently located. We had a nice time here.“
