Family Gets Together for Grafuation

We loved the property, but the property was not cleaned prior to our arrival, otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars across the board. The cleaner arrived just as we pulled in and said that she was not notified in advance which seemed stange to me, as I had already received the check in information. I contacted the host (Great Communication by the way). Todd apologized for the miss communication and offered copensation whic we declined. The cleaner cleaned the best she could in the time that she had and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Even though it was an inconvenience for us to have the cleaner there while we wete trying to get ready for our Grandaughter's High School Graduation, it all worked out and we will be back ...

Was perfect for a girls trip

Myself and a few girls stayed at this property, we all had our own rooms and felt comfortable and safe. The house itself was clean and check-in check out was very easy. We were close to downtown, our friend's Wedding venue and everything else we wanted to explore in Fairhope - Would definitely stay here again!

Just perfect!

Arrived early and Todd graciously accommodated us. Space is just as pics show. Super comfortable and plenty of space for a family. Outdoor living areas are terrific. Great location and golf cart makes it a breeze to zip into downtown just 5 min away. No concern over water pressure. Was a bit low in shower while toilet refilled after a flush. Otherwise not an issue at all. Todd’s place is comfortable, clean and convenient and has everything you need. Hope to return to Fairhope and stay there again.

Awesome Family Time in Fairhope

This stay was all that we hoped for and more! The space was perfect for our entire family and better than advertised. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces for relaxation and games. The inside space was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a pleasant surprise and the golf cart allowed us to enjoy the "golf-cart culture" of Fairhope as we explored and viewed nightly sunsets from the east bay parks and beaches. It was like having our own convertible to enjoy the incredible weather on our frequent trips downtown. Close to everything with beautiful homes and mature trees all around, we tried many of the local restaurants and especially the coffee shops. It was also an easy drive to the beaches of Gulf Shores from our basecamp in Fairhope. Thank you for everything and we would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

This home is decorated so nicely inside and out! The amenities outdoors are awesome! It was a very comfortable stay! Close to downtown and restaurants. The owner promptly responded to my questions. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was so much fun. So much to do and it has everything you need. The golf cart was our favorite. Fairhope is such a fun town, lots of wonderful restaurants, and it is just a short drive to the beach.

Extremely clean...

We enjoyed our stay and the art and MCM vibe and the architecture and the welcome we received. We would love to return if the plumbing in the bathrooms needs attending to. Very low water pressure and they are both in need of heaters..The chilly weather made for chilly bathing. The gas heating system in the home is efficient for the house, but not while bathing. We had a lovely time and enjoyed everything else. Thanks so much. Happy New Year..

The Funkiest and Most Fabulous House!

I can't say enough great things about our stay at this rental. The perfect place for our entire family to gather, where adults could watch football and chat in the living room, and the kids could run around the backyard for an epic game of hide and seek. There was plenty of space and it was well stocked with everything we needed (and more!) We probably discovered a new fun detail every day of our stay, from the art to the lighting. 10/10 would definitely rent again. In fact, we’re already planning our return because this place just gets us.If this house were a person, it would be the fun uncle who shows up to Christmas dressed as Santa, hands out toys that keep the kids entertained for hours, and brings the adults a pitcher of spiked punch.

Great outdoor space

This is an eccentric house located about a mile from downtown Fairhope with so much to do you never have to leave the house! There is a great outdoor game area, outdoor kitchen, swings, hot tub and one of the most beautiful trees in the backyard. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time, our kids especially loved the outdoor games and riding the golf cart downtown.

The master bath pictures online did not indicate there was a wadding pool you had to step into to take a shower. Owner should consider updates & also not everyone that rents is less than 60

.the property did not consider senior citizens.

We loved it!

We were in town for a wedding and had the best time! The house was perfect for our group...three families and a toddler. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy the space. The location couldn't be better either. The outside courtyard is amazing. Just wish we'd had more time to hang out. We took the golf cart downtown a couple of times and loved the convenience of that. The property manager was so kind and responsive. The only "negative" to this house is the showers don't drain super well, but not sure that's a problem that can be fixed in an older home. Not a deal breaker!

Great place to stay!

This house was perfect for our group of 5 friends visiting Fairhope for the first time. We especially enjoyed the outdoor living spaces, grand live oak in the back yard, inflatable hot tub, and refreshing dip tank. The house is beautifully decorated and the king beds are very comfortable. There is an inflatable twin in the office that is adequate. The golf cart made it easy and fun to get around town. Gulf Shores is only 50 minutes away for a day trip to the beach. Tarrel was there to greet us on arrival and was an attentive host. His great sense of humor was a bonus! We would highly recommend staying here when you visit Fairhope.

Great Experience

This property was great ~ beautifully decorated, everything we needed to cook, a super fun back yard, close enough to walk to town but still had a golf cart, so we could go to the grocery store as well. And Tarrel was a fantastic host!! Perfect place to stay!

Beautiful Property

Tarrel's home in Fairhope is absolutely beautiful. Well-equipped, tastefully furnished and immaculately clean. The garden area is fantastic. Plus, it's very convenient to the charming downtown Fairhope area. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay.
