« Host was incredibly helpful as we navigated the immense damage due to Hurricane Helene. He was great about moving our dates forward and put us in a bigger house due to the original house still needing repair. Mike and his property manager Cara are excellent. Great team. They were quick to fix things and wanted feedback so they could continue to recover from the damage. Asheville needs tourists and they are open! We had a wonderful weekend strolling downtown and visiting the Grove Park Inn....

« Our family really enjoyed the property and we were close to all the activities we did (golf, kids adventure course, downtown, Asheville Tourists, etc.). The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great place to stay! »

« The place was lovely. Perfect for our overnight stay. Convenient to town. The views were beautiful. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed the hike to Jump Off Rock from the property. I’d rate the hike as short (took us less than 20 minutes) but definitely moderate in spots. (Not a leisurely stroll). We’d definitely recommend Nathan’s place. »

« Great communication with host. Didn't realize there was a lower unit that is also rented out but no issues with the tenants. Parking in the driveway is definitely tricky as is getting out of the driveway and turned around, but again, no true issue, just tricky. House was lovely with all necessary bedding, pillows, towels, soaps, etc. Location allowed us easy access to town or hiking. »
