« Beautiful property, very nice escape for a few days. I will note that the cabin is definitely a bit tighter than expected, but nothing that can't be managed. The heaters are genuinely such a comfort, especially in the bathroom. It does look like the wood ceiling is warping a little bit, freaked my partner and I out for a minute, but nothing to be concerned about, I don't think. « The cabin was great! Things started off a little bumpy with a neighbor's dog barking nonstop for the hour. But the dog finally quit barking and we enjoyed the peaceful serenity of the lake and woods. »

The whole experience also felt very private despite ‘sharing’ the property with the hosts, which actually added peace of mind that they could help if anything went wrong (nothing did of course). « The term they use rustic at least our definition that we looked up, says in the mountains are back in nature which you are in a cabin on the side of a lake, but you’re in the middle of a town Covington and you have other cabins or neighbors a lot of people live full-time there you could throw a stone at and hit on either side.
