« Cabin was very cozy. We were greeted with a warm cabin (thanks to the fireplace), and it actually felt like a wooden cabin inside. The view is amazing and despite having rain all the days we were there, it was super enjoyable being in an enclosed patio.Host was communicative and gave clear directions as to how to get into the property.If you're tall (6') you'll have to bend down while going from room to room. « The communication with the host was fast and efficient. The house was clean and comfortable. Instructions for everything were easy and accessible. »

« Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Quiet area. It was perfect for our short weekend stay at the end of February. Short drive to Cross Country Ski Headquarters which is why we came. Recent thaw and freeze caused icy conditions that required attention for safety by both host and us. Flooring needs transition strips to prevent tripping. »

« Nice location. Stove needs replacement (oven does not close, only small burners work), microwave needs replacement (can’t open), screen door handle lower level needs replacement (will close and lock you out). Stove and microwave big deal. Since replacement is relatively easy. Current ones are old and I can’t believe I’m the 1st to complain. »

« We we're impressed by the amenities and cleanliness of our cabin. We had a lovely view of Houghton lake from the cabin. Very rustic log cabin feeling you'd expect and love. Heater in the living room also kept the place cozy and extra blankets are provided. we hope to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor activities they offer. »
