Great home and location

We had a wonderful time. The home is clean, comfortable, well furnished, and extremely well stocked. Plenty of dish detergent, paper towels, soap, etc. and they even provided travel size containers of shampoo and conditioner. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Girls Trip

2 of my girl friends and i went on a girls trip here and were blown away! The house was amazing and just like the photos. The house makes you feel at home and is so comfortable for relaxing. Definitely coming back and recommend to anyone who is considering staying here!

Short stay in Falmouth

The cottage was cute and really all that we needed. I got mixed up and thought we were staying on the other side of Falmouth. We could still walk to Main Street but it was a little long after a night out. If you are interested in going to the beach, it's in a great sport.

Cute Cottage close to everything

The house was nicely appointed and well stocked. I stayed with a group of friends, plenty of room for 5 women. Great access to the ferry. Ferry Cottage is in a great location. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Memorial Day weekend

The house was perfect! Location, size and cleanliness. The only issue we had was the code not working upon check in. After a phone call to Vacasa, we figured things out ok for the weekend.

Inviting and Relaxing!

This home away from home offers spacious bedrooms and living spaces on a nice grassy lot in a quaint neighborhood setting. Step out onto your deck and sit at the table and watch the little bunnies nibbling the grass and listen to the birds singing. Clean, well-equipped and stocked with essentials, including all linens, this place has got you covered! A bookshelf full of guides and summer reads, toys and games for the kiddos for family time indoors as well as a beach wagon loaded-up for beach-time fun. Kitchen is well stocked and ready for pretty much anything. Comfy beds, climate control and a quiet setting (at least in April) led to restful nights sleep. Beaches, fun shops and yummy restaurants nearby. We were very pleased with our stay!

Cute house in a great location. House was well equipped with linens, towels, and kitchen essentials. Only downside was the 10 AM check out, but that was known at the time of booking. Would stay again!

Cape vacation with friends

Disappointed, not cleaned when we arrived 15 minutes early. Called and cleaners came quickly. The location and size of the property was perfect. A lot of little things need to be fixed. The upstairs bathroom had a tub but the fixture to close it was broken, no baths could be taken and the water pressure up stairs was very slow. Also the bedroom door handle was off. The dinning room bench had a broken support and one of the chair back spindles were not attached. Would not rent this house again.

Great location to beach!

Beach is 0.3 miles from the house. The house very roomy. Plenty of games to play and books to read on rainy days. Beds are comfortable. Walking distance to local restaurants. Country Fare restaurant on Main Street is a great place for breakfast.

Four-generation family reunion

We love this cottage. We've now stayed three times! We have been very happy with how open the kitchen/dining area is, the light that comes in, the storage, the ratio of bedrooms to baths. It is perfect for our nuclear family. This time, for our family reunion we also rented another home in the same lovely, quiet neighborhood, and the proximity was absolutely perfect. "Our" cottage has a brand new side deck and porch. A couple of things needed attention (a door handle and a wobbly chair), but I was able to text about this, and I'm sure they'll be repaired soon!

Cozy and well stocked!

We had a great time over the holidays. The house is spacious, clean, well decorated, and has more than the basics. We spent alot of time in the living room full of natural light and enjoyed cooking our meals in the kitchen which has pretty much every extra you could want. Everything was spotless and the beds were comfortable. We were here during the winter storm but nevertheless enjoyed our staycation. We would love to return next year :)

Great place.

Excellent spot in quiet neighborhood. Grandboys could ride their bikes around the block. Sports fields and ocean 5 min walk. Water shoes are a good idea for the Falmouth Heights beach. Great house, well adorned. Close to downtown Falmouth, and food shopping and other necessities. We all loved it:)

Terrific weeklong stay!

Lovely house in a great location. Beds were a bit soft and more bath towels were needed. The yard and deck could use some freshening up but overall a very nice place and we would recommend it to others.
