    The Space:

    Walk to everything from this updated and charming, three-bed/three-and-a-half bath townhome! Boasting a spacious, three-story layout, highlights of this contemporary townhouse include dual living areas, a home office, and central air-conditioning. Outside, enjoy a sandbox, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, and alfresco dining. A contemporary sectional sets the scene for relaxation in the living room. In the evening, kick back and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. Choose from a selection of board games or watch a movie on the smart TV in the family room, featuring seating for four. An office nook provides a cushioned armchair and a desk with seating for two. Prepare your favorite foods in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek stone countertops and an array of helpful gadgets. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for two. When it’s time to eat, gather for mealtime around the formal six-person dining table. Rest peacefully in the primary suite, complete with a king bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds. One guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination, another comes with a walk-in shower. Cape Cod Getaway

Enjoyed our two-week stay for a family vacation. It was perfect for us and in walking distance to town and close to area beaches. The residence was clean and comfortable, and it was located in a quiet, pleasant, well-maintained neighborhood. I would recommend this home for your stay in the Falmouth, MA area

Weekend in Falmouth

Had a great stay in Falmouth visiting friends for the weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable, and in a great location just a couple blocks from downtown, easily walkable. Check in was very easy and the host had a very nice welcome basket as well. Highly recommend!

Central to downtown

Great hideaway just minutes from downtown Falmouth. We had 4 guys down to get some spring golf in on the Cape and the location was perfect to easily get around the area and walk to dinner. Will definitely be a spot for the future.

Perfect location.

This unit is situated in the heart of Falmouth extremely close to downtown walking to shops and restaurants. The beach is close. Property is clean and well stocked. Off the main road in very quiet. All in all perfect vacation.

Lovely Stay in Falmouth

The location was perfect - walking distance from the town center and beach. Falmouth is a lovely town with many options for shops, restaurants, bars etc. The layout of the house was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting this home again.

Falmouth wedding

Our family of four stayed there for a wedding in Falmouth in July. The unit was very clean, location was great as it was walking distance to town and most of the restaurants. The unit had working Internet, plenty of towels, and comfortable beds. We had a very enjoyable stay!

Family time in Falmouth

The property was lovely. The location to town was perfect. The home was very clean and comfortable. I love the front yard with the adirondack chairs. The flowers too were lovely.
