Communication was clear and quick to respond. The ice machine was convenient and there was a washer and dryer available as well. We were super happy. « The room was clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a nice view of the lake. There was a Murphy bed and foldout sofa. The Murphy bed was adequate but fairly hard. We weee there for the Arkansas Derby so the town was very full and neighbors were very noisy. I still would stay here again. »

« When we arrived at 11pm that night. Doors were locked knocked for 15 mins. Thank goodness another person staying at the hotel seen us and let us in. Guy behind the counter didn’t care, didn’t greet us, didn’t apologize, very cold and borderline rude. « The room was small but clean and had very poor amenities. Over $700 for (2) nights was outrageous and comparable with a motel six at the best. There wasn't a front desk for information. Everything you needed you had to request on-line. I was in a hurry threw some clothes out of the washer thinking I could iron once in the hotel . No iron or ironing board inside the room. The tv was like a puzzle and had to buy shows to watch. No iron or ironing board. No closet for your clothes and cabinet space...

« Great location, historic bathhouse row charm, convenient. BUT very run down, neglected, attention to detail was lacking. Quite expensive considering the condition of the property and the "amenities" offered. Resort fees and parking fees felt like insult-to-injury. That being said, once the renovation is complete I would probably stay again and it would feel like a better value. »
