I am somewhat familiar with Fayetteville, because in my youth I lived there and my mother still lives there. A surprise birthday visit to my mom was the reason for my stay. The area of this place was great. The house was compact, cute and quaint with very mimimal furniture. The host/agent was very welcoming, accomodating and was always quick to correspond. I love that it was pet friendly, where I could bring my dog. Also, the WiFi made it easy to work remotely. There were beautiful owls and woodpeckers hanging around, but totally harmless and just part of the enviromment and scenery.It was what was needed for my short stay.If this place is available again when I come to visit, I would use it again.

The driveway has a large dip at the bottom which tore part of the bumper off my car. The kitchen has a lot of odds and ends. A lot of casserole dishes and pots but all unorganized . The “coffee corner “ had literally only lids and stirrers to go with the pods. No sweetener but most importantly NO COFFEE CUPS. No paper or ceramic coffee cups to be found anywhere . No shampoo as listing promised. Liquid handsoap empty in bathroom . Tub was all chipped and spray painted with flakes coming off so it would not be safe for small children who can’t shower yet. Back porch had all broken and dirty chairs and smelled really bad. Mattresses were very uncomfortable and no blankets are provided unless u pay more. Also I was made to strip the bed linens before I left. Thought I was paying for that with my fee to stay there. Overall not a great experience. I need a comfortable bed after a long drive and good cup of coffee in the morning. Especially after not sleeping well on a terrible mattress. I always leave the house clean when I leave but also expect it to be a nice place to stay for the price I pay. Told the owner about my car bumper and she just said” yeah that side of town is like that” . So now I gotta pay to fix my car and had to go out and buy coffee cups, shampoo and handsoap after I drove over 7 hours. Wouldn’t stay there again. Looks like grandmom died and they just left some of her old things there and made it into VRBO house

Def the most clean place I’ve rented. Home was exactly as described. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Would stay here every time!
