The Space
Second Breakfast Cabin is a private, three-level home in a quiet gated mountain community with direct access to hiking and riding trails.
Inside, the open-concept main level features soaring windows, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for family meals and group gatherings. A sunroom offers a quiet place to relax, while the lower-level game room features foosball, air hockey, and board games. Smart TVs on all three levels and high-speed internet keep everyone connected.

Step outside to a large deck with a private hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor dining area overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains. The fenced yard provides a safe space for kids and dogs to play.

The cabin is located in the 4000-acre Leatherwood Mountain Resort in Ferguson, NC. Guests can enjoy horseback riding adventures (reservations required), and experience the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains’ pristine wilderness. Guests have access to miles of hiking trails, mountain streams, stocked fishing pond, community swimming pool, playground and tennis courts, creek tubing (seasonal), on-site restaurant with active live music & event calendar (guest advised to check hours when planning meals).

Leatherwood Mountains has surveillance or recording devices on the property. Our neighborhood is very safe and our property very secluded. For added peace of mind, we have security cameras by the gated entrance and common areas. Individual properties may also have cameras on the EXTERIOR of homes. Please be assured they are not directed at private areas, hot tub porches etc.
