« I spent a wonderful three nights in this flat. It’s completely updated and beautifully done. It’s located at the top of the building (nice modern lift) and has its own patio with a Jacuzzi tub, which was very relaxing in the summer evenings. Air conditioning was also appreciated as bologna was very hot in the summer. Everything I needed was nearby and it was only 10 minutes walk from the main square. "The hotel aspires to a four-star rating but unfortunately delivers service that barely meets two-star standards. For example, I waited over an hour in the restaurant without receiving even a glass of water. Frustrated by the lack of attention, I chose to leave and order through a food delivery service. The waitstaff displayed no concern or apology for the delay, which was my first experience of such indifference. The rooms reflect the mediocrity often associated with two- or three-star accommodations. While some areas appear to have been updated, the renovation feels incomplete. The bed, in particular, was far from comfortable—a thin mattress that sagged with every movement, paired with a pillow as firm as concrete and as thin as a sheet of paper. Overall, the experience was quite surprising. I hope the hotel will continue to improve its service and guest comfort in the future."
