I have low rating for terrible experience with front desk manager and staff.
Beware if you are one of those who have food restrictions or with kids & may need a microwave. None of the rooms have microwave. Additionally, there is no microwave in common areas. So if you have has food restrictions or byo food, do not book this location.
We checked-in during evening and carried our own food due to food restrictions. We called front desk and spoke with one of the evening staff who notified us about the lack of microwave in rooms or common areas. When we shared our restrictions, they said they can help with a microwave in employee lounge and can help warming up the food whenever needed. Rest assured we went to sleep.
In the morning, while checking out we asked them if they could warm the food, they said they cannot and its against company policy!
Either they were lying or their own employees have no knowledge of their policies. They were not even that
We had 3 microwaveable container for food for 2 people. They said out of courtersy they will only warm one container. When we asked why not all 3 since it didnt make sense to us if they could warm food of one of the containers. When asked, the front desk manager lady with her rude response said, you know I wont help with even one of them now. Horrible attitude being in hospitality buisness.
Even when i shared my restrictions there was no flexibility from the manager.
Room was also not thoroughly cleaned and had mouldy smell.
