Room was small. Didn't realize we were walking into the hotel other than there was a small sign outside. Seemed to be hotel rooms combined with apartments in the same building so it was a little odd walking into. Breakfast was fine that they offered.

The location is perfect for the first time visitors. It is five minutes walk to the train station and the famous Duomo museum. Also in 10 minutes walk to other hot areas like the academy gallery and Uffizi gallery. The front desk service was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast lady was super nice, cooking fresh eggs and pan cakes for us. The room is spacious, clean and very quiet. A small issue is we got mosquito bite for the first night. The check in office is on the second floor. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay!
Look no further than this hotel when looking for a place to stay in Florence. It is close to so many main attractions but my favorite thing was how comfortable and modern it was. You have great amenities in your room and the shower is spectacular! The breakfast options were great and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was spacious, clean with lots of light. The bed was comfortable. The shower is fairly large compared to other places we've stayed in italy, so that was a big plus! The breakfast was basic, but good. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The location can't be beat! I would stay here again and highly recommend!

The host was nice and friendly with cozy and comfortable room. Located just few minutes away from train station and close to main attraction in walking distance. Overall experience was great and highly recommend to stay when visit Florence.

Five minutes walk from train station and five minutes walk to Duomo. Modern and spacious rooms located in a 1600’s building. This property should be a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Would definitely recommend.

Just fantastic!
We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage so that we could explore Florence with our friends before they left town. We arrived back at the hotel to check in, and found that our luggage was in our room already! Such a nice surprise! Rates were very reasonable for any room service; we did not use any items from room service or the fridge, though. We felt very secure with many layers of security between our room and the city street. Lastly, breakfast was fantastic! A pistachio croissant, cappuccino, and many many other options, including cheese and meat slices for those desiring something more protein-oriented, all served outside in a courtyard with flowers, secluded and peaceful. Plus yogurt, muffins, and much more! All delicious! We took a cab summoned by the hotel at the time the front desk advised, and arrived in plenty of time for security, check-in, etc for our international flight back home. Overall a delightful place that I would easily stay in once again!

Great stay, great location
We arrived a few hours early on check-in day and were able to leave our bags securely with the concierge until our room was ready. Check in experience was pleasant. The rooms are new and modern, and well appointed. Complimentary breakfast was a convenient start to the day, and had a range of simple options and a nice little courtyard to sit in while you eat. Location is excellent, very central and walkable to all the sites in Florence. 5 minute walk from the train station. My only complaints were: 1) the room was heavily perfumed on arrival and took ages to air out. The strong scent seemed to be on every surface and in all upholstery. We opted not to have housekeeping attend the room to avoid getting a fresh dose of whatever they're spraying every day. It was very strong in the hallways each day as well. 2) Only 1 room card was made available, and the lights and air conditioning turn off when the card is not plugged into the room (and there's no fooling the card reader either - inserting a dummy card didn't do the trick like it often does in other hotels with similar systems). This meant the room was hot and humid whenever we returned from our adventures, and if one of us wanted to pop out to explore on our own or run an errand, the other person would either be left in the dark, or would have to run down to the main level to let them back into the hotel on return. We found this inconvenient. Overall, a good stay, and I would book again.

All the Amenities! Great location!
We stayed in a junior suite. It was clean and quiet, with only one other room in our section of the hotel. It felt very private. Breakfast was a nice spread and the Location is perfect. Would stay here again

Absolutely loved this place! Clean rooms, had lots of space in the room, bathroom was roomy, comfy bed, and very friendly staff. Felt very safe in this area. It’s close to the train station, only a 5 minute walk max. Restaurants and shopping all close by, as well as all the tourist spots. All walkable distance. Definitely recommend staying here!

This hotel was not the easiest to find but once there it’s very nice. The location is excellent, not too far from the train station and very close to the Trevi Fountain. Breakfast was good with pancakes made to order.

The hotel is small, but very clean, very friendly people especially the girls that work at the desk. Great location, above and amazing restaurant. Walking distance to train station and to tours pickup. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Everything very close to walk. Breakfast very good

Great location, close to Santa Maria train station and easy walk to Duomo and other area attractions. Hotel was clean, beds were super comfy, plenty of space in the room. Not a lot of amenities in the room (no iron, limited bath supplies) but I’m sure we could have asked the front desk, they were very pleasant and accommodating throughout our stay.

God hotel lokation
God lokation i Firenze men ligger på en side gade så der er ikke meget larm fra trafikken. Ligger tæt på hovedbanegården og mange af de gode spisersteder. Sød, glade og hjælpsomme receptionist. Værelse 23 er ud til gaden.
