With an open concept living room and kitchen, this 1500 square foot home provides an ideal space for relaxation or gatherings with friends.

The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the coffee while your phone charges on the wireless charger on the countertop.

The first floor includes a laundry room with a washer dryer, one full, and one Master bedroom.

This downstairs Master bedroom offers privacy from the other rooms, has its own private entrance to the hallway bathroom, and easy access to the backyard patio.

Each bedroom living room is equipped with a remote to control the overhead light and ceiling fan.

As you walk downstairs from one of two bedrooms, the `wall of windows` will give you a peek into the sky to help plan your day.

The second floor also features a second full bathroom.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of trees and centrally located in Foley. It is located only two blocks away from the newly renovated South Baldwin Regional Medical Center and is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping

The property has ample space for parking and leisure activities, making it perfect for families. RV parking available in large driveway but currently not set up for dumping station or RV electric.

Refrain from parking on lawn and west half of duplex to avoid fees. 3 normal cars will fit on that side of drive way, any concerns on parking please ask.

Be transparent on number of quests. Camera is monitored and we will charge double for additional guests that were not communicated prior to arrival.

Absolutely no deep frying example frying chicken or seafood.Shallow frying eggs and bacon is fine. This is a fire risk and also will ruin the the cabinets. If frying is important to your stay message me about outdoor options.

NO EATING IN BEDS: This is not a hotel this is a home, food in the bedrooms allow for accidents and bedding is expensive. If beding needs to be replaced we will have to back charge the booker.

Massage Chair 💺 For adults only, chair is expensive and we would like all of our guest to be able to enjoy. Do not use if small children or babies are around for safety reasons, this is extremely important. If in chair you may not see a child under as it is full body and reclines.
