This property was the perfect location. It was close to the beach and a easy drive to Charleston. The Ping Pong table was fun. It was a great vacation and the house was perfect.

We had a great week at Folly with family. Great location! The house was a bit smaller than we anticipated but it was well appointed, clean and nicely decorated. Just wish it had more seating areas inside.

This house is really cute and is right across the street from beach access! It was super clean and had plenty of extra necessities…. Something you don’t find often… nice new appliances, very nice bathrooms, comfortable beds… and the property management was great to deal with! Would stay here again!

Fabulous family beach house

The property was centrally located and more than fit our needs. The back deck and front porch were worth the price alone. It had a very well stocked fridge and the owner went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing Folley Beach visit. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect beach cottage!

This cottage was perfect and so so CLEAN!!!! We're extremely picky about cleanliness and this place did not disappoint...10 out of 10! We loved how the owner kept the history and quaintness of the original cottage while updating in all the right places such as bathrooms and with decor. The location was just right as well, right across from the beach and beach access. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing place

We absolutely loved quaint Casa Flamingo. The location is steps from the beach. The inside of the house was very clean and thoughtfully appointed. The front and back porches made the stay. We sat on the front porch whenever we weren’t at the beach and loved it. We would definitely stay again in this jewel of a beach house.

Great location steps from the sand. Cool Vibe. It is an extremely clean, updated beach shack, with plenty of outdoor space to add to the size of the house. Everything was provided. They communicated very well and used text for easy access.

Overall our stay was great! The house is smaller than we anticipated. We stayed with 4 kids and 2 adults. House was clean and well equipped. Only small issue we had was the toaster didn’t work but we didn’t bother to call manager. Little tight space for a family of 6 people but LOVED being steps from beach access!

Old Beach Cottage

My wife and I stayed in this house during the month of February, 2022. So we got to know it well. This box asked me to tell you what I loved about the place. So this limits my comments to the positives only. There are negatives: - The most desirable feature of this house is its access to the beach, very close. - Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. - I loved site-seeing in the Charleston area. - The beds were comfortable. - Adequate parking.

We stayed at Vitamin Sea and it is a truly vintage cottage. My only complaint was you could not see the beach. It was convenient to walk to the beach and you could take a pet but to be that close... also underneath is kinda scary as someone could sleep there and you would never know it. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company. Please note that the home name has changed.

Amazing property!

We loved staying here! We had 3 kids with us, aged 5-9. It was perfect for them! Beach access was close and quick to get to. The only issue we had was one of the windows in the bunk room didn’t lock. But I messaged the property manager, and they immediately offered to come have it taken care of. But our kids ended up in another bedroom so it wasn’t an issue. It was nice to have the promptness of having it fixed if we needed it! The property was very clean with many amenities provided that we hadn’t even thought of. The screened in porch was our favorite place to be! We would definitely stay here again!

Fun in the Sun

We Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and adequate for our weeks stay. Ceiling Fans in all rooms were a plus. The kitchen was small, but had everything we needed to prepare meals and we managed well with the counter space we had. The close beach access was a blessing, especially when carrying umbrellas, chairs, etc. The screened in porch with tables and chairs was a highlight. We spent a lot of time there eating meals, playing games and just relaxing, and morning and evening there was a nice cool breeze. Back porch… not so much, it was too hot to sit out there. We rented bikes for the week and it was great to have the open garage to store them. Overall, we would recommend this property. The few things which were amiss could easily be remedied and have been brought to the attention of the property manager.

Great house

Fantastic location, close to the beach, the only sound one hears is that of the waves of the ocean. The house has a beautiful deck and a lovely porch, both fully and comfortably equipped. The rooms are finely furnished and all is very clean. Perfect for a wonderful holiday.

The house is quant and clean. Well stocked. It has two nice decks, one is screened in. Beds are comfortable. The beach is about 80 steps from the front door, easy to get to. Overall great experience

PROS: 1.Location - steps away from to the beach, quite neighborhood 2. Open deck screened porch, so you can be "Outdoor" even when it rains 3. Well equipped kitchen CONS: 1.Not enough closet space to hang up clothes (mentioned previously by one of the reviers) 2. BBQ could not start due to broken igniter - we called rental agent, requested assistance but no-one showed up to fix the issue. We used the matches only to realize that we are lacking proper BBQ equipment. 3. Although house was overall clean,front porch was really dirty , seems like it was not mopped for months Overall property is old, has kitschy Florida charm, but would have no problem coming again.

Casa Sandspur

This home was clean and was in a great location just across from the beach. It is dog friendly , however the yard around the house is full of sand spurs which made it very difficult for our dogs to use the yard. We had to constantly remove the stickers from their feet when they went outside. Also the sand spurs ended up getting on the rugs and in our feet.

Turned this mountain momma into a beach lover!

What a wonderful place! From the decor of the home to the amenities provided. Thank you for providing such a clean, beautiful home, for us while in Folly Beach. The easy access to the beach, yet not in the middle of the action, was exactly what we wanted and got. We look forward to booking again in 2022.

What a fun house🙃

Great location and access to beach. The back deck is fantastic. The house decor is quirky in a good, fun way. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms seem to be recently renovated. The kitchen is small but well-stocked in terms of plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, coffee pots, blender, pots and pans, etc. There is limited counter space, and the cabinets are overstocked with stemware so that there is literally no room for renters’s groceries. Similarly, the wardrobes in the bedrooms are stuffed with pillows and bedspread so that there is no room for renters’ clothes. (There are no bedroom closets). So, some inconveniences but the house is really great. Don’t hesitate to rent it’
