« Stayed with 14 friends for a long weekend. House was great. Martin was a fantastic host. Nice time hanging out by the heated pool. Highly recommended!!! »

« Perfect for our trip. Didn’t need our car once!Pros:- Great location. Walk to the beach, restaurants, entertainment, etc.- Responsive host- Easy check in/out- AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable- Highchair, baby gate, pack-n-play- Beach passes, wagon, outdoor showerCons (more just FYI, no biggies):- BYO towels, sheets, pillowcases, comforters- Lots of stairsIf you forget something, there’s a department store 2 blocks away called Hands. »

« Went down there for Fourth of July with my family and had a wonderful experience. The house is clean, spacious and in a great location. The deck and back is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. I recommend this song and will stay there again. »

« Directly on the water, not a bad thing to say about the property. Ben the owner gave us space but also checked in daily to ensure we were happy. He had crab traps and let us cook them up. What an experience for a small family or couple. Only 5 minute drive to the beach, we went on 4th of July weekend and there was no bridge traffic. We aer going to book house again »

« This house was very spacious and was at an extremely competitive price. I plan to stay here again. »

« As life can throw us curve balls, we needed a getaway. I looked for a quiet place close to the Nature places listed in the title to take pictures! This unit is very comfortable and has more of what you need than most places. Took a quick walk on the trails with the dog, very nice! I believe the black swans are the only two and are beautiful. We had a great meal at Oyster Creek, and there is a bakery in the Smithville shops. »

« I booked this for my husband and 10 friends to have a golf weekend down the shore. The property was better than expected. Huge rooms, plenty of space, great location. And he had one problem trying to figure out the garage door opener and I text the owner a question, and he replied back immediately. Can’t say enough great things about this house. »

« Stphen and Donna were lovely and their house did not disappoint. The pictures and property were just as expected online. The beds were shockingly comfortable (I rarely ever say that!) and the linens/comforters were so cozy. The house came stocked with soap, shampoo/condition/body wash, and papertowels, toiletpaper and dish soap. Which was really so nice because we had not thought to pack any ourselves! « It was such a beautiful house felt so homey and the host was best would answer fast was very nice and helpful with everything we would definitely book again »

« Our family had a wonderful stay. Pros: very close to bay beach ( few minute drive), 20 mins from LBI, clean home, easy to use kitchen, fenced in yard. The AC takes time getting used to the sound in the main bedroom, so I would bring a sleep sound. We had a great stay . If you are coming with young kids bring a travel tub because there is only a shower. »

« This is a well maintained and well-appointed modern townhouse, within a mile of historic Philadelphia. We visited in the middle of a heat wave, but were cool and comfortable when "at home." Would definitely book again. »
