« Received a call from owner stating that he was living at the residence. The property manager never took it off VRBO. I had to have my bank take the charges off... Very disappointed in Evolve property management »

« The level of detail spent by the owners was visable as soon as you arrive. The Casita layout was enjoyable and well presented. The owners met us on arrival giving us a layout of Deland and what it offered. The tranqulity found was amazing, the poool, running warer allowed the sounds of nature to put us to sleep each night. A MUST stay if you are in thr area and is available. »

« Our stay at this retreat was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Michael and Shasta, some of the most unique, accommodating, and interesting hosts we've ever encountered. « Nice place easy to get to. Things that would better screen door should swing to right not left. Then you could use hand rail to climb the four steps, maybe a k-cup coffee maker. We would stay there again. Hostess was very friendly. »

« This place is the absolute cutest place to stay in DeLand. Easy check in process, very comfy bed. No issues at all, will be staying again in the future! »

« Our stay here was pleasant and it was nice to be able to walk downtown. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Only a few minor things were bothersome. Road noise was very loud. There was a very unpleasant smell in the house and we couldn't open some windows and others had no screens. Would have been nice to have a few more kitchen staples like sugar, salt etc. Communication with owner was wonderful tho. »

« My work trip turned in to the most wonderful birthday vacation! The property was amazing. The hosts were beyond accommodating. The apartment was so beautiful, very private and cozy with all the conveniences of Home. We loved having access to all of the farm animals just far enough out of town to give the country feel but still close to all of the shopping conveniences. Five stars all the way and we will definitely be back! »

« We stayed in this unique old home for a music festival in Daytona. The home suited our needs very well. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. As other reviews mentioned, the stairs in the back are a bit narrow, so I definitively suggest taking the other entrance when bringing luggage in or out. The only drawback was the road noise when staying in the front bedroom. The bedroom in the back of the house was quieter. »
