« We had the BEST TIME! Brittany went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of this weekend. The yard was a nice size for our dogs and kids to run around. And the kids loved the swings by the fire pit. It was the perfect spot for smores and stargazing in between days of weekend hikes at Cook Forest! »

« Loved the proximity to Cooks Forest. There’s a nice brewery nearby as well. The cabin had cute touches and a fairly well equipped kitchen, however the interior doors do not stay closed themselves. Also it’s close to alumber mill that is a bit noisy. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin on the river for our annual girls weekend! The cabin had everthing we needed. We are looking forward to returning again! »

« very beautiful property. although was not expecting it to be so close to the road. everything was wonderful except for the patio down below has a bee's nest built behind the couch I was stung twice our dog was stung multiple times. the water inside of the camp the hot is cold and the coldest hot the door knob needs fixed just small things minus that we enjoyed our stay »

« We had an excellent weekend at the cabin, very happy with the ax throwing/swings by the fire. We are used to traveling/camping so brought many things with us to make the weekend easier. - The backyard is not well lit & puddles water. Need flashlight/headlamp, rubber boots, & extra trash bags to cover the wet seats. The owner and his helpful daughter brought us two boxes of dry wood. Thank you! Lighter fluid was provided, no matches. Patio fireplace was not used: cushions left out in the rain...

« We loved our weekend in the woods at Hemlock Haven. We had a lot of trouble finding the place as our GPS wouldn't recognize the address and it's not visible from the road. The gate threw us off as well because we weren't looking for a gated driveway, (and it was labeled a different number than the cabins address). I noticed this in others comments also, a simple fix would be a message before arrival included w the welcome/renters agreement messaging. Once we found it, we loved its location!...

« From start to finish, our experience expectations were met and/or exceeded. Josh was not only kind and prompt with his responses, he's a guy who treats others as you'd assume to be treated. You need something, he'll accommodate. You don't need anything, he trusts you, but still tries to suggest. If we could have had a better experience, it would not have been because Josh didn't provide. He's a great guy to work with and consider him a friend now. My Dad, Son and I had a great time. »

« The cabin was perfect for the long weekend. We enjoyed our selves and had a wonderful time. Communion with Richard was perfect and he was very fast to respond. We will be staying again! »

« Very nice cozy stay. Had a few slight “kinks” but all and all was an excellent stay! Lots of open room for our trucks and trailers. Hosts were excellent and responsive. Will stay again! My dog loved it there. »

« Had a wonderful time!! Despite the cold wet days we still relaxed and enjoyed the gorgeous view! Would definitely like to come back again so we could get some good fishing done! Thank you for sharing your wonderful cottage with us!! »

« The cabin was just as advertised. The girls loved exploring the common areas outside and walking the paths through the woods. The cabin itself was fairly clean. The one window had a small crack and the bedroom window didn't shut completely (fixed while we were there) but overall was very nice. The back deck/fire pit was welcoming. We were able to roast hotdogs the first night but it rained the entire second day of our stay. We tried to play the Wii that was provided but couldn't seem to get it...
