Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout. Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc. »

« HORRIBLE! WORST hotel I’ve stayed at and I travel a lot! Curtain sheers were shredded. Visible stains on bedspreads but when I removed them, there were stains on the duvet underneath. Linens looked worse than my rags; thin, worn and not white. One had washcloths looked like it had been used to white up mud and then not bleached. When I opened the bathroom door, there was a very strong urine smell. I asked for bleach at the front desk and had to scrub the bathroom before we could use it....
