« Let’s start with a positive, the location is literally a two minute walk to the beach and Deerfield Beach is a beautiful and clean beach, unlike this property. There are literally piles of trash in the back “green space”, it doesn’t get better inside, spider webs, ants, palmetto bugs (a polite Florida term for cockroaches), stained bleach towels and I could go on but won’t. The most disappointing, believe it or not is while we had hot water in the kitchen sink and bath, THERE IS NO HOT WATER...
