This house was perfect for our group. A very quick walk to the beach (5 min or less), plenty of chairs, wagons, a cooler, and two umbrellas. There were 6 beach towels, so if you have more than 6 people, you may want to pack some extra towels. The house itself was beautiful. Plenty of space to gather and not feel crowded. The outdoor area was perfect. Our group loved the pool, hot tub and lounging areas. The downstairs leading out to the pool has a large counter area, fridge and bathroom so perfect for popping in for a beverage or snack. Quick 10 minutes from downtown Fort Myers Beach area. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house

The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed every aspect of the house. We had our children and grandchildren and everyone had a great time. Short walk to a beautiful beach that was not crowded at all. There were many extras with the house as well.

Best spot in FMB

Perfectly situated close to the beach and out of the busy part of the island. Kids could safely ride bikes everywhere. House was gorgeous and super clean. Pool/hot tub was great for all ages. Corn hole was onsite and a hit with my kids. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon provided which was awesome. Would definitely stay again!

Great home!

The house was exceptional for our family. 9 of us in total including 3 under 4. House and pool was perfect for our group. Beach is literally a 5 minute walk even for the young ones. House appears new and well provisioned for a group our size. We enjoyed it very much!

The nicest, well maintained and most comfortable rental ever!

The amenities were fabulous. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Beds and chairs were perfect. AC adequately cooled all levels. Kitchen was perfect for our group of six. Excellent location for easy access to anything on the beach. We would DEFINITELY rent again.

It’s everything and more!!!

Our group of 8 consisted of myself & husband, our 2 grown sons and their wives and girlfriends, and my in-laws. We have been to a lot of different places through our years of vacations…this house was by far one of our faves!!! The pictures of this house do not do it justice….every single room is beautiful and you honestly don't need to bring anything besides clothes and food….everything has been thought of. The house is well maintained and was very clean. Plenty of pool noodles and beach supplies. The 5 minute walk to the beach was a breeze and the guys enjoyed a little fishing in the canal. Publix is just 5 minutes away and plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from!! We had good communication from the day we booked the trip til the end! We would highly recommend this place and hope to come back someday!

Fabulous Stay at a Fabulous House

The home is lovely, clean and comfortable. All the amenities and accoutrements ranging from beach equipment to kitchen gadgets to appliances (and everything in between) were first rate. Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the grocery store. Grandpa and Grandma plus Mom and Dad plus five kids could both all be together at a meal or could all find a quiet spot for some solitude. It couldn't have been more perfect.

Peaceful Stay

The house and location was great. We had a group of 9 people including 3 kids . There was always enough room. Everyone loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. Its far enough away from downtown to be quiet and secluded, yet close to everything you are there for. A great place for a family vacation.

Wonderful Place!

This was a great location and the house was exactly as the listing explained. Clean and had everything we needed. Would be great if they had bikes for visitors to use but you can rent from various places near to the house. I highly recommend bike rentals to get around.

Couples Group

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house, great for 5 couples. The location was good, right across the street from the beach. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. Charley's boathouse was a short walking distance and was a good option for dinner and happy hour. The house was well stocked with essentials for the week. One odd thing is that one of the upstairs bedrooms didn't have a TV in it, all others did. Could have used more kitchen dry towels but with two washer and dryers we were able to clean them throughout the week. I'd also suggest labeling trash cans vs recycle bins. When we got there the trash and recycables from the previous group were mixed in all four cans. We'd definitely book this place again!

Beautiful vacation rental

This vacation home is one of the best equipped rentals we have had the opportunity to enjoy. Highlights included the full afternoon of sunshine on the pool area, the large volume of comfortable pool furniture, the well equipped barbeque facilities and the duel laundry facilities.

Christmas vacation

We cancelled our trip to Aruba at the last minute and were so surprised to find such an amazing place at the last min. Very close to beach and restaurants, did lots of walking. Home was perfect. Plenty of space to have quiet area for studying and work Zoom meetings. A charter boat picked us up right at the property. The pool and hot tub/spa got lots of use. There was not anything that we needed and not at the house. Highly recommend this jewel. Management company responded immediately to all our questions.

Amazing house!

This house was amazing. We have been coming to Fort Myers Beach for 7 years and this is the nicest property we have rented. Very clean and great for large families. The location was perfect because we don't like to be too close to town - this makes the beach area so peaceful and not crowded. We rode our bikes into town when we wanted to go. I would rent this house again right away but we can't do the Saturday to Saturday rental requirement the next time we come. Highly recommend this rental!

Family Christmas

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful vacation home. We were a group of 3 families sharing all of the space. We appreciated the ample seating on all levels and living area of the home. We love to play cards, do jigsaw puzzles and prepare family dinners. All of these things were possible with the bountiful seating and lovely kitchen. The pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen area were also fantastic. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay that exceeded our expectations. I only would have wished for slightly larger bathrooms and beach chairs.

Perfect location

The house was wonderful and the location was very close to everything you could need: Beach, convenience store, grocery store and several nice restaurants. We were a family group of 9 ranging in age from 5 to 66. The house provided spaces large enough to gather together or areas to relax alone.

Forty Myers Beach

I am a travel agent and I know how important accomodations are for my clients. I would not hesitate to suggest this property to all of my clients. The location was perfect. The house was amazing and provided everything you would need. Fullly stocked kitchen, linens, towels, and beach towels. It even had a wagon to take things to the beach. A 7-11 was a short walk if I needed to purchase anything quickly. The pool, hot tube, dock, gas grill, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture was an added plus to this already amazing property. The second and third level had outside balconies with addtional furniture and tables. The master bedroom was huge. I rented this for myself, my children and adult grandchildren. There was a total of 10 of us and we never felt crowded. If you are looking for a fantastic vacation in Fort Myers Beach, this is the place for you.
