A delightful experience

I enjoyed the stay immensely! The condominium was easily accessible from both highway 98 and scenic 98. It was close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the bed very comfortable. All around it was a great experience.

Family vacation

The property location was good. Beach view n short walk. Several pools, many places close by. The condo could have been a tad cleaner, no batteries in the AC thermostat. The biggest complaint would be the cooking pans. They are terrible and pretty much non useable. A few tweaks to and the Condo would be perfect. Other than that our vacation was good.

Very Clean

Overall, this condo was the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed at. The only drawback (which really wasn't the owner's fault) was that the drains drained slowly in the bathtub and one of the bathroom sinks. A bottle of Drano under the sinks would fix it. Probably some guests did not clean up their hair in the shower. However, the condo was super clean and we'd stay there again!

Cons: I'll start by saying at first glance the condo looks really good and just like the pictures. Upon further inspection this unit is very dated and I can tell they don't clean thoroughly. Towels and linens were ALL dirty and stained. Pillow cases, sheets, towels, blankets EVERYTHING. There were socks left in the unit from the previous people that stayed. This showed me the unit was not properly cleaned. The sink in the full bathroom wouldn't drain properly and was stopped up. There are old dirty scissors in the kitchen that don't even work. These are all simple things that can be updated and changed quickly. The sofa also had stains and was pretty filthy as well. This place just needs a deep cleaning and would be a great place to come back to. Pros: good distance from the beach. A lot of space. Real Joy sent someone to fix the sink and provide new towels and blankets ASAP. Great communication and timeliness. They had two big pools which were really nice. Had a downstairs cafe for quick bites if hungry. Plenty of parking space. Easy access to your room with a door code. Not too far from restaurants and stores.

Ariel Dunes I - Seascape Resort - Awesome!

This condo unit at Ariel Dunes I is perfectly situated for a beautiful view of the ocean/beach, pools and landscaping! Queen bed in master is very comfortable! Having a restaurant/bar (Cabana Cafe) for lunch, dinner or just cocktails in the building was great! Food and service was excellent! They even have live music! It was nice to not have to leave the resort and fight traffic just to get a bite to eat or a drink. We highly recommend this condo! No hassles at all, and very relaxing!

Beautiful

Could not have found a better location for my family to enjoy the ocean for the first time. Beautiful views from both windows, easy walk to the beach, convenient parking. Very simple check-in and great communication over the weekend. The appliances and cookware could stand to be updated... But that wasn't really a problem. The beds, including the bunk beds and even the pull-out couch, were super comfortable. There were plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Only thing we had to buy was laundry detergent. If we have another opportunity to visit Florida, hopefully this rental will be available and we won't have to bother shopping around.

Condo with a view

Condo was as advertised. Updated with a great view for the price. Only issue was the powerful smell of “fabuloso” upon arrival but I guess that is the price you pay for cleanliness. Would definitely rent this unit again.

A Perfect Beach Getaway

The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. The balcony Was great because it faced South and never got direct sun. We could sit outside and watch the ocean while staying cool. Beach access was just a short walk away. Check-in was super easy and communication with the property manager was A+. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo itself was very nice, parking no problem and beach access was very easy. The management company dropped the ball and did not communicate any information prior to our arrival, I finally texted them about an hour before we arrived to get info on check in. All other VRBO owners have sent info to me within a few days of arrival made things a bit stressful and kept us in the loop I felt that they ignored us.
