Staff at the front desk was EXCEPTIONAL.
Enjoyed a King Mini Suite with apparatus living room & office area, so we didn't have to conduct all activities from the bed.
Really could use another elevator bay. Flooded beach rinse area was a bit gross.
Breakfast was fine, typical for included breakfast.
Ice machines worked. Another bathroom in the pool area would be nice. Some people hogged the only bathroom for 20 minutes doing god knows what. Also,...

« For the location and price it's pretty good. Basic cheap hotel. I was a bit thrown off that there was no person at the desk, just a machine to check in and out with a video call. I had never seen that before. Our rooms were still in the process of being cleaned when we arrived, even though it was well past the check in time of 3.
