„Exceptional hotel.“

„We stayed in the Retreat House. The room and bathroom were beautiful and sparkling clean and very spacious. The only reason I did not give this bed-and-breakfast five stars was the location. Belle Air mansion is located on a tremendously busy intersection right off the interstate. It is a MUST that you bring earplugs and an eye mask to get a good nights restful sleep otherwise you will be up all night listening to traffic. Breakfast was delicious!“

„We took our dog since it was a pet friendly hotel. We put a door tag on the do to not enter. Yesterday after being gone for 3 hours we returned to find our dog gone. The staff said a maid open the door even though a door tag said not to and our dog ran out. They blamed us and said it happened 6 hours ago and they had no idea we had a dog or where it came from. Total lie since I checked in with the dog and how does a maid open the door but not know which room the dog came from. Luckily our ...

„The floors were absolutely nasty.They let our feet black.There was absolutely no parking at all. Yes the AC worked. The TV didn't work the whole time we were there.Which was really inconvenient because I have a four year old son. AT one point The microwave and TV went out and it took thirty minutes for somebody to come and flip the breaker“

„Bradley is a great asset for your hotel. We arrived an hour early and we checked in. About an hour later the power went out. Someone hit a transformer and knocked out power everywhere. It did come back on a few hours later and we were able to unlock our room with our keys. Bradley gave me his personal cell phone so I could call and find out when the power came on.“
