„A perfect location if you don't want to be in the middle of the Tulum center. Amazing new house. It will only get better when the Condo will be finished. Even know it was already a pleasant location. The owner was extremely responsive and open for suggestions. Would reco to everyone.“

„Jam was amazing and helped with our questions and concerns. We had a great stay. The dome was clean, bathroom was clean. We had a great Jacuzzi. The property was so welcoming. We arrived very late (1130 pm) and Jam still showed us around and made us feel welcomed. It was in the jungle but within walking distance from a nearby town. Amazingggg stay and we would definitely go back again. “

„Pros: Very cozy dome, good AC, private bathrooms, good furnishings, very cute property, free local cenote was a highlight, quietCons: Wifi works sporadically and isn't strong when it connects (we couldn't rely on it even for WhatsApp, which made coordinating reservations a challenge), the property looks nice but the fountains empty into long troughs of standing water so the mosquitoes were TERRIBLE (far worse than even walking in the jungle that surrounds the area, and so bad that nobody ever ...

„We stayed 2 nights.. explored the cenotes. Food offered is not great at the restaurant. Ballimans had great ambiance but was difficult to find and figure out parking. The hotel office was also hard to find... and the lobby of cenotes was zero help. But once we figured out where we were going they were extremely helpful and kind. Everything was very clean and better than expected “

"Das Hotel hat im Januar 2025 eröffnet, gefĂŒhlt vor zwei Wochen! Völlig abgelegen in einer Seitenstraße ohne Licht! Aber wo fange ich im Hotel an? Nahezu alle Mitarbeiter sind völlig ĂŒberfordert oder können kaum Englisch! Die Zimmerausstattung fĂŒr ein 4,5 Sterne Hotel ein Witz! Keine Minibar um bei Temperaturen und die 35 Grad Celsius irgendetwas zu kĂŒhlen, kein Fön am Zimmer und der kleine Aussenbereich mit Mini Pool ohne jegliche Bestuhlung! Es gibt zwei große Pools, einen fĂŒr Erwachsene und einen fĂŒr alle, aber leider interessiert es niemanden, denn zu unserer Zeit waren ĂŒberall Kinder an der Pool Bar! Total nervig! Das Hotel zu 80% leer! An einem Tag von 10-15 Uhr kein Wasser, zwar angekĂŒndigt, aber trotzdem nervig! Der Eingang ĂŒber die Tiefgarage sehr eng und ungewöhnlich! FĂŒr uns keine Option in Tulum! Die Beschwerde von uns, interessierte das Management auch ĂŒberhaupt nicht, eine Anfrage blieb unbeantwortet!"
