"We had numerous issues Security i had a live scorpion that climb my arm while reaching for my clothes on a shelf The staff ride their golf cart around the property really fast and twice my wife and i had to go on the grass while the golf cart drive without slowing down on the path The documentation mention elevator but ours was not working and our room was on the third floor On the first day they had to ask everyone to come out of the pool because someone pooped in it We waited 30 minutes for a shuttle but it never came and the property is quite large On the positive side room were clean other then critters like scorpions The food in the was pretty good And the options on the buffet were quite interesting And the staff other then the one driving the golf cart were all very nice and friendly Special mention to the barman in the bar the black sheep that went above and beyond to put our playoff NHL temp on the big screen "
