We stayed one of our three nights that we booked. Had to bring our own grill. There was no outside seating which didn't end up mattering as we felt uncomfortable in a neighborhood that was very rundown and sketchy feeling.
Found earwigs in the microwave as well as all over the house which ended up in my luggage. Very disappointed and feel cheated out of my hard-earned money,
We unpacked our stuff and put it away. Used toilet 1x and next time flooded the floor and backed up in tub. Called owner and they tried to fix it and couldnt. Offered the 4 of us could stay and there was a gas station 1 block away for toilet and we said "No." They offered to pay for 1 hotel rm with 2 beds and we said "No." They finally told us theyd fix it in am and they sent us to 1 of there other houses for 1 nite (it was booked starting the next day). Why didnt they offer this option1st because they told us they have 26 rentals? Why didnt the cleaning person notice the backup of h2o in sinks. So the next day we had to pack up and move back to the original house hoping it was fixed. Left for our activities and wasnt called to let us know if we had a place to sleep that nite and beyond. So at 2pm i starting contacting Evolve (company managing home). Called and they said our agent was on break and would call me back. 1/2 hr later i texted the place again to check,giving them the property # and the booking # and they said theyd check .No response so i texted again and diff agent responded, i gave all info and she said she would call the owner and check if we would be able to stay for our next 2 nites. 4:30 pm finally textd back that we were gd at original house. When i textd Evolve with all my reservation info couldnt the Evolve person that returned my text give the info to our original agent instead of telling the story over and over again? Not my plan for vac.
