Guest Access:

This property is self-check in. You will not have to interact with the hosts during your stay. Please feel free to message us anytime during your stay and we will be available to assist you!



Other Things to Note:

- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster, you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free, but we will not issue full refunds.



- This property is on the City of Surfside's water. There is potential for an occasional Sulphur smell, or discolored water. We have never had issues with our water quality; however, we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.



- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.



- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.

-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Early Check In/Late Check Out is not available May-September.



-Pet Policy Pet Fee: $115 for up to 2 dogs

Additional Dogs: $75 per dog

Maximum number of dogs may apply and must be approved before arrival

Dogs only – No cats or other animals are permitted

Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check-out time will be charged the additional fee.
