Great house, very close to beach, very clean. House is not huge but we are a family of six and there was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Kitchen had everything we needed, had a basic grill outside that was great. Not flashy, but great house for a great price in a prime beach location. I also liked that it was not in Galveston and was actually pretty chill vibe, more of a small beach town vibe.which was relaxing. If you like coffee, there is a small little coffee shop walking distance and there is a restaurant which is ok on the water walking distance too.
The property was exactly as described, the house was bright and clean! Close to everything we needed and they provided all the amenities we could want. Wonderful communication with host. Would stay here again!
This was an excellent stay for my family. Very baby friendly so my grandson was able to have the run of the house in his walker. House had everything a family with small children could need.
Nice clean property would recommend people to stay at this home. Only thing that would make make it a 12 out of 10 would be a golf cart that would come with the property. But they have rentals close by.
We have teens and younger kids, so when our teens made Spring Break plans with friends nearby, we decided to crash...er, join their fun in Surfside with little brother and sister. Not only did we show up to an adorable, comfortable, and clean condo, we realized the location was absolutely fantastic - right along the street with beach access and walking (or stumbling, if you're over 21) distance to two great restaurants. When I messaged our host right before our arrival asking if they knew of any golf cart rental places, Adam responded immediately with the number of a business at the end of the street (!) and we had a golf cart ready to go the minute we arrived. They also rent out electric bikes, so you could book here (point to the cute yellow house and tell them you're staying there) and plan out multiple days of activities and lounging on the beach. And if the weather is crappy (like it was for one of our days), the coffee truck which is ALSO right at the end of the street has delicious coffee and hot chocolate. If you're a parent who needs caffeine before people start talking in your face, there is no better feeling than sitting on the silent deck in the morning sun watching your elementary kids walk safely up the street and bring you back your morning latte.
Accommodations were everything we needed - well stocked kitchenware, pantry necessities, a good amount of towels for showering, and COMFY beds.
