« We chose Richard's place both for the location and number of bedrooms. There was plenty of room for our large group with two bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are two hang out areas inside which are open to one another but far enough apart to hold seperate conversations. It is minutes from the San Mateo Bridge leading west and freeways leading east. « The house was as described in the listing. Clean. We like that each room had its own heating/cooling unit to set as we liked. We traveled with our adult children. Everyone enjoyed the patio area with the hot tub/outdoor ax game. Convenient walking distance to shopping, eateries, and not far drive to local attractions. »

« basically a hotel and house smells like cigarettes. lady started changing the sheets on the bed when we walked in 2 hours past check in, which should’ve been done PRIOR to the guest arriving. took like 5 minutes to answer the door even though she lives there as well, so there’s no reason to take so long especially if we called beforehand to let her know we were on our way. didn’t even have enough beds to accommodate me and my friend even though i said i put 2 ADULTS and sent a message during the...
