« Very comfortable room with very welcoming staff at the pub. Though I would advise don't go Monday as its a late check in and no breakfast. But the room was very nice, only minor issue was the coffee maker didn't work but it was very clean, very comfortable and amenities were excellent. »

« Endroit plus sympathique qu un hôtel car il y a le pub juste en dessous et il n y a pas de réelle réception. L enregistrement se fait au bar. Endroit superbe. Parking gratuit à proximité,mais attente très longue du petit déjeuner qui est pour le coup inclus. »

« J'ai adoré l'hotel! la chambre était tres confortable! la localisation est a couper le souffle. C'est assez isolé et il faut une voiture par contre. Je recommande! PS: Un tres bon petit-dej a l'anglaise mais ne vous attendez pas a avoir des espresso! »

« Lovely hotel with very comfortable clean rooms with a spacious bathroom. Lots of snug areas to sit in and chill or read. Great breakfast in the morning with attentive staff. A very pleasant experience. Very central plenty of car parks around. Would definitely use again. »

« Delightful pub with excellent accommodation. Cosy or elegant indoor dining areas and extensive outside seating area. Imaginative and tasty menu. Rooms very nicely appointed with lovely additional touches (fresh milk in a flask; home baked cookies; tea and coffee with cafetiere). Hindon is a picturesque village with charming cottages and discernable outlines of the many coaching inns once there (of which the Grosvenor Arms is one). Plenty to do in the surrounding countryside. « Last minute booking. Dog friendly inn. Paid £20 extra for the dog for 1 night. Nice room, restaurant has very good food. Breakfast was very good as well. Very friendly staff. »

« Séjour de 2 jours avec 2 enfants de 3 et 8 ans. Chambre (suite) très agréable avec vue sur l'aire de jeux de l'hôtel et sur la campagne, +/- 25 m2, un grand lit et 2 lits simples. Hôtel disposant d'un bar et d'un restaurant . Dîners et petits déjeuners bons. Gros plus : aire de jeux à l'extérieur avec toboggan, tyrolienne, petit circuit goudronné avec des tracteurs pour enfants (1 £ le tour)... "Pour un Hilton, la qualité n'est pas au top, le ménage n'est pas fait sous les lits. Pour l'accès à la chambre, ça dépends où vous etes sinon il faut traverser des couloirs, monter au 2eme puis descendre au 1er, bref c'est assez compliqué de s'y retrouver. La photo de la façade est alléchante mais c'est juste une petite partie, la partie des chambres n'est pas superbe comme on pourrait le penser. Literie très dure."

"The public areas are excellent and inviting. Thank you for the constant supply of cold water fountains during an extreme heatwave. The criticism is for poor HOUSEKEEPING. We stayed 5 nights. Used cups/glasses never collected, room never vacuumed, liquid soap dispensers never replenished, toilet paper almost depleted (we had to ask), bed making just thrown together, our room totally forgotten one day. Seems to be a real lack of staff, training and supervision in this department. "
