Welcome to Foxwood Cabin, a serene retreat designed for relaxation, connection, and adventure. Whether you’re planning a romantic escape, a family getaway, or a work-from-nature retreat, this cozy yet spacious cabin has everything you need.



The open-concept living room and kitchen provide plenty of space to gather, cook, and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep effortless, featuring an electric range, stand mixer, blender, waffle maker, Keurig, drip coffee maker, and more.



Relax in the spacious living room, complete with a 65” TV and premium sound system, perfect for movie nights or cozy evenings by the fire. The primary suite offers a king bed, while the second bedroom features two twin beds and a dedicated workspace for remote work.



Step outside to enjoy the large front deck, where a grill and bar-style seating make it easy to take in sunset views. In the evenings, gather around the outdoor fireplace with ample seating, perfect for both cool and warm nights.

Guests have access to the entire cabin excluding a small storage closet and garage. Parking is available for up to three vehicles.

Our cabin is located in the Shenandoah Farms community in Front Royal, VA - the vibrant and active community is composed of full time residences, second homes, and vacation rentals.



Getting around



A vehicle is required for getting around the neighborhood and surrounding area attractions, restaurants, and other designations. Please note that while the property can be accessed via entirely paved roads, 4WD or AWD may be recommended or required during wintery weather.

🐕 Pet Policy

One dog is welcome with our $75 pet fee. Additional dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis and are $75 each. If you’re bringing more than one, please let us know and we’ll add the additional pet fee after your reservation is confirmed.



🚼 Family-Friendly Amenities

Families will find everything needed for an easy stay, including a pack ’n play, full-sized freestanding high chair, and children’s tableware. Extra items may be available with advance notice.



🚗 Vehicle Access and Parking

The property is accessed via a well-maintained paved roads and a gravel driveway. Most vehicles (2WD) reach the cabin without issue, though 4WD or AWD is recommended—and sometimes required—during snow or icy conditions. The driveway accommodates up to three vehicles.



🧯 Safety and Cleanliness

All linens, including quilts and blankets, are freshly laundered between guests. The cabin includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and is professionally cleaned and inspected after every stay to ensure a safe, comfortable experience.



🦌 Wildlife and Surroundings

It’s common to see deer, rabbits, foxes, and other wildlife typical of wooded areas. While the home is carefully maintained, occasional insects or small critters may appear—just let us know if anything seems out of the ordinary.



🏡 Property Care and Updates

We continually improve The Foxwood Cabin to enhance guest comfort. Furniture or décor may differ slightly from photos, but quality and style remain constant. During your stay, our landscaping or hot tub care team may service the property as needed—these visits are brief and do not require interior access.
