At check in I asked the clerk if there was a vending area that had toiletries in it. He sent me down the hall to and empty vending machine with an Out of Order sign on it. When we got to our room (202) the key wouldn't work so I went back to the front desk. Our sleeve said 202 on it and so he gave us two more keys. When we opened the door of 202 and walked in there was a couple in bed. I went back to the front desk and the clerk said "oops, you should have tried 204. Why would I think to do that when the sleeve had 202 written on it and he told me 202? Sal told me at that time he would make an adjustment on my bill before morning. After we finally got in 204, right next to the other occupied room and settled, we went to the pool, which was Out of Service for unknown reasons.
When we went for breakfast in the morning, there were no eggs and the sausage wasn't fully cooked. The coffee (both) had grounds floating on the top and was undrinkable. When I stopped at the front desk to check out there was no adjustment made.The clerk told me he would have Sal do it later. The following day an additional charge of $20 was put on my card. I called and Sal told me they made an adjustment of $20. I explained that the charged my CC and didn't credit it. He said "ok, I'll fix it" and the next day it was taken off but another charge of $20 was put on again. I called again and got nowhere because Sal kept telling me they credited my CC $20, which they did but had also charged $20 twice
