  • This beautifully designed beach cottage offers plenty of space for a family vacation! With four bedrooms, including a bunk room that features four twin beds, and three full bathrooms, it’s perfect for families. Located in Beachtown’s East Village, the cottage is just one row from the beach and situated alongside an open green space, providing guests with stunning sunset views and opportunities to watch ships navigate through Galveston Bay.

    The convenient one-story layout includes a spacious great room, a screened-in porch, and an elevator, making it accessible for all. The living room boasts a cozy fireplace and a wood-planked cathedral ceiling. Plus, it's only a short walk to the beach walkover. This home is sure to be the ideal getaway for families vacationing in Galveston!

Unbelievable property! It has everything you need for a perfect beach weekend! Cannot say enough nice things about this home and the attention to details provided by the host! Comfy beds, large bathrooms and living spaces, super stocked pantry, all the beach gear, bikes, golf cart! We didn’t want to go home. It was absolutely wonderful! Hands down the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! Will be booking this house again!

The house was exceptional, beds comfortable, golf cart was amazing. The home is furnished and in a very quiet neighborhood convenient to restaurants, beach walkover and short drive to The Strand. We all loved it so much and would love to rent it again!

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely amazing! They truly thought of everything. The home was incredibly well stocked, from pantry items to all the little extras that make a stay feel comfortable and easy. The bathrooms were fantastic and the location was perfect.The elevator was such a huge help for unloading and loading luggage, groceries, and beach items. It also made a world of difference for my 85-year-old relative, who was able to move around comfortably and safely during the stay.You can really tell the hosts put care and attention into every detail of this property. We’re so grateful for such a wonderful experience and can’t say enough good things about it. Highly recommend!

This property was the best rental we’ve ever had! We’ve been vacationing all over the country for 45 yrs and have had some lovely rentals but this one ranks #1 on our list. The amenities provided were over the top!

Fun Every Time We Go

This is our second time staying in this property and it was just as nice as the first time. The house is stocked with snacks and drinks and full of fun things to do like bicycles, a gold cart, and beach toys. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice place, will be where we stay for all future Galveston trips. Beach was close and clean. Not crowded at all. Home offered a ton of amenities like ping pong, hatchet throwing, bags, it had a golf cart and all the beach gear you could need. Well stocked home, and the downstairs shower made coming back from the beach nice not having to track sand in.

Great stay!

House was great as listed. Beds were very comfortable. The owner provided tons of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. One small issue with cleanliness but was rectified quickly, easily, and to our satisfaction. Will stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was great, from the decor, finishings and all the amenities the house provided. we definitely will be returning. Only suggestion is maybe some fans downstairs to help with mosquitoes, but other than that the house was amazing.

A week away

We expected a nice venue based on the description in the listing but were really blown away by this house. The bedrooms worked perfectly for two adult couples, a teen aged boy with a friend, an 11 year old miss princess, and a couple of dogs. Supplies in the pantry were overwhelming and the cupboards were full of everything we needed.

June Getaway

We had a fantastic stay. The home is well kept and has everything you need. The screened in porch is perfect for hanging out in - the mosquitos are out of control! We enjoyed the easy beach access. And the golf cart was so helpful in carting our 3 kids (ages 4, 2, and 1) around the grounds. We hope to come back!

Dream House

This house is a dream for a vacation. They graciously provided anything and everything you could ever need while on vacation to the beach. The house was stocked to the gills. Easy walk to the beach. Golf cart ride to the pool. It all was wonderful. Kept the kids entertained for sure!

This property is amazing! Yes, it's a bit pricey considering it is not beachfront but it's so close to the boardwalk to the beach and the views of the ship channel from the screened in back porch are nice. Speaking of screeened in porch - it's a game changer too! We love to sit outside to enjoy coffee in the morning and then at night after sundown. The mosquitos are really bad in Galveston right now and without that screen, I would not have been able to sit outside at all. Love the two big fans on the porch as well that kept the temps comfortable. The beds are all amazingly comfortable and there is plenty of towels (including beach towels) and a plethora of paper goods and any possible amenity you may have forgotten at home. The pantry is very well stocked and my only suggestion would be to leave some shelf space for guests to have for the grocery items they bring with them or purchase for dinner but honestly, there is very little you need to bring to enjoy your time in this beautiful home. This is our second time renting this home and first time during the summer. We LOVED the E-bikes that are generously provided along with a very nice golf cart which we did not use this time as we preferred the E-bikes for quick trips to the Strand etc. We will definitely be renting this property again many times in the futrue as our DIL is about to start PT school in Galveston. Great property all around!

Amazing Thanksgiving Family Getaway

We had an amazing family getaway for Thanksgiving at this property! The easy access to the beach, combined with its fantastic location and spacious layout, made our stay truly enjoyable. The house was impeccably set up and thoughtfully appointed, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable visit. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had all the essentials, making it feel like our own summer retreat. This experience is truly what every host should strive for. Amazing Property

We enjoyed our stay so much over Memorial Day weekend. The property is great for large families or group of friends. In all of our years of travel, this is the most thoughtful host by far. Anything you might need is provided. House is beautifully furnished, safe, quiet and easily accessible. Outdoor spaces are so nice, relaxing, comfortable and scenic. Screened in porch is a definite plus and has a lovely view. The beach is very close - just a short walk to the sand - chairs and umbrellas provided upon request - no crowds. Would most definitely rebook - the community has Seaside, Florida vibes without the hassle and drive.

Wonderful Beach Home

It was a great stay for New Year's for us. The house is clean and beautiful. The amenities are amazing. The kitchen was stocked with snacks and drinks. There were plenty of beach toys and towels in the garage. The only minor snafu was that I had to reach out to the property manager to get the code to enter the home. It was not sent to us. There was also confusion regarding the wifi password. It was still a great weekend and we would definitely stay here again.
