This welcoming three-bedroom, one-bath waterfront canal home in Sea Isle is the perfect setting for a laid-back coastal getaway. Designed with families, friends, and pets in mind, the home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and offers a blend of indoor comfort and outdoor island living that makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the moment.

● Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: Less than a 3 minute drive to the Sea Isle beach access point.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 1 pet(s) is/are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

The adjacent dining area offers a cozy spot to gather, share meals, and plan the next day’s adventures.

The outdoor space is designed for making the most of island life, with room to relax, enjoy the breeze, and take in peaceful canal views. The outdoor kitchen is perfect for grilling fresh seafood, cooking family meals, or enjoying casual evenings together after a day of fun in the sun. It’s an ideal space for gathering while kids and pets enjoy the open air.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving into the canal.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
