I really wanted to like this property, but I just didnât. There were a lot of small issues that just made it more irritating than relaxing. This is a downstairs unit, itâs part of a quad of duplexes and from this downstairs unit, you can hear every single thing going on upstairs. In fact, if they flush the toilet upstairs, the water rushes through the wall of the master bedroom and kept us up all hours of the night on our last night. The bathroom is small, but fine. The vanity has drawers that are falling out and wonât stay closed, and there is no drain plug in the bathtub to take a bath, which normally would be fine but when traveling with small children who are not comfortable taking showers yet, it was quite an inconvenience to get my child clean. We were told that Wi-Fi would be provided upon check-in and I searched every square inch of the house and could not find a Wi-Fi password. The communication needs to be better, an important information like the Wi-Fi should be displayed for the guests because I shouldnât have to call you and hunt you down for that information. There is this strange crack in the baseboard, just below the front door, it looks like there is rotting wood, and cockroaches are coming out of it. We found several cockroaches during our stay an and small biting ants that bit my daughterâs legs up even when she was in bed. At first, I thought it was bedbugs, I can confirm it is in fact ants. Overall, it wasnât the best, but it could have been worse
