« Rooms are very small and not comfortable »

« Reserved a king and they gave us two beds. The floors all over the entire hotel were filthy and looked like they haven't been mopped in months. They left a used coffee pod in the coffee pot, didn't refill the coffee in the room, and empty sweet n low packets were left in the coffee basket. Check in took forever. We did not have to wait in line but it literally took the lady forever to do whatever she needed to do to check us in. She was friendly though and apologized for the wait. The room was...

« The room is very average for the price. The personnel at the reception was also average. One person was very friendly but wasn’t very competent. The other one, later in the day, was not that friendly and didn’t seem to know what smiling was. We couldn’t dial a local number from our room. Not that we didn’t know how to do it but because the system wasn’t functioning properly. When we asked her to do it from the main desk we were certain we were bothering her and she put the phone at our disposal...

« Hotel au delà de mes attentes. Il est tout neuf. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique. La petite piscine est un plus ouverte jusqu'à 22h. Le petit-déjeuner continental est suffisant.
