« Spotless, not much for amenities but they were clear about that. Staff were great about dropping off more towels and one staff member, on her day off, went to the store and bought some clothes hangers as there were none in the unit. I was disappointed with the view. The photo shows a house looking directly at the beach. That is not the house we stayed in. Ours was smaller and behind it. « The house was run down, in need of repairs and deep cleaning! The listing photos were not accurate. I have photos but it wouldn’t load. They show dirt around door knobs and air vents. Lack of silverware for group size listed. Yellow stains around toilet base. Dirty drawers in kitchen and worn cabinets, holes in couch apholstery. »

« The pros of this property were space, beds, and accessibility with the ramp. We had a family of 7 staying here and everyone had a real bed to sleep in. The inside and outside spaces were large and accommodating. Loved the fire pit area. The ramp leading up to the house really helped our guests with limited mobility. « Although we were initially put off by the 1500 security deposit, we were glad we made the reservation. The home was centrally located to Galveston attractions from the Strand to the Seawall to cruise terminals. It was playfully decorated which we especially enjoyed. Although we did not cook, the kitchen appeared to be well equipped with a nice stock of coffee pods. The bathroom was spacious with both a walk-in shower and a comfy soaking tub.
